1 – When you receive your parcel, you’ll find a paper returns form inside. Please enclose the packing slip and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel. To avoid delays, be sure to delete or black out the previous shipping address.”

All returned items must be in saleable condition, in the original packaging, with labels and/or tags.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have processed your package. Processing will take approximately 5 to 7 working days. Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned product(s).
